My ex and I were half owners of a Rockport house years ago. The first few times I went, throughout the house, I picked up on the overwhelming scent of mildew and no amount of candles or cleaning made a dent in it! I scrounged the web for solutions and they came in the form of two things: a dehumidifier and Melaleuca Gel, which I would put right inside the house's AC intake vents. And I'd switch them out, each time we traveled to Rockport. Tea Tree actually kills mold and mildew spores, so this stuff is far more than a scented air gel, but actually addresses the source of musty scents — mildew.  Melaleuca Gel

Such a simple, but oh-so clever, idea! Rather than label something with tape and a sharpie, this stuff allows you to label stuff with A LOT more flexibility.  So, label that plastic bin or box, and when you're ready to store something else… you can change the label! Dry Erase Tape
